While originally this project was directed to a specific market, it can be expanded to all markets. Oral health care is something everyone should do, so our kit can be used with anyone.
What are your goals?
Oral healthcare has been a problem in developing countries for a long time, stemming from the distrust of dentists and the value of home care. Not only is this detrimental to their oral health, but their overall health.
What do you need?
Need lots of amazing and smart people to help complete this project! Any and all help is welcome!
What inspired this project?
Our prototype is in what we believe to be the final stages. Our design is being edited and then printed and put together. Once we have a completed prototype, we will get insight from local dentists and make improvements accordingly.

Our group is excited to make a product that can help people all over the world. All of us want to see a final product come from this and see it in the market making a positive impact. Due to traveling with the school, 2 of our 3 members will be gone for the first 3 weeks of the summer.

Our motivation for this project comes from the human-centered design element of this challenge. We want to help people with a problem they have and try and create a solution that improves their lives.

Our solution to this problem is to focus on the stigma of oral health care by designing a 3D printed oral health kit that holds necessary utensils for oral care at home with instructions for use.
